Brief introduction

Working Principle of Flat Plate Magnetic Separator:
The slurry enters into the uniform replenishment device of this magnetic separator through the feeding pipe, and after being fully dispersed, it is evenly sprinkled on the iron unloading belt on the upper part of the magnetic plate, and the slurry flows downward along the inclined direction of the magnetic plate under the effect of gravity, and the ferromagnetic materials contained in the slurry are firmly adsorbed on the iron unloading belt under the strong magnetic field, and the motor rotating device drives the iron unloading belt to move upward along the inclined direction of the magnetic plate and at the same time, it will bring the adsorbed ferromagnetic At the same time, the adsorbed ferromagnetic material will be brought into the iron unloading area, and will be washed into the tailing bucket by the iron unloading water pipe and collected centrally, while the non-magnetic slurry will continue to flow downward along the magnetic plate and flow into the concentrate bucket and be collected centrally.
Plate magnetic separator technical characteristics:
