DXJ series high voltage electric separator is an advanced mineral sorting equipment independently developed by our country, which is specially designed for the selection of high-value minerals. Pre-treatment: minerals are heated to 150-250℃ in the hopper (30 minutes)

Minerals are separated:
Conductor minerals: rapid conduction charge → by centrifugal force → front receiving hopper
Non-conductor minerals: maintain charge → mirror adsorption → brush removal → rear receiving hopper
Semiconductor minerals: intermediate properties → middle hopper
Corona electrode: Φ0.32mm nickel-chromium resistance wire, adjustable spacing
Static electrode: Φ30-35mm stainless steel tube, angle adjustable

Temperature control:

Preheating stage:

Ore feeding control:
Adjust the lower feeder so that the ore layer evenly covers 1/3 of the drum surface
Must use the discharge rod to contact the electrode 2-3 seconds before maintenance
It is strictly prohibited to open the door of sorting room during operation
Discharge and cut off all power supply after stopping the machine.
