This program designs a complete set of "wet roughing-dry selecting" combined process for the characteristics of ilmenite, rutile, zircon and other heavy minerals of ilmenite and zircon sand ore. The titanium and zircon sand ore production line adopts the process route combining multi-stage gravity separation, magnetic separation and electrostatic separation, and finally obtains high-quality titanium concentrate (TiO₂ ≥ 48%) and zircon sand concentrate (ZrO₂ ≥ 65%) through graded sorting and in-depth purification.
Wet roughing system
Pre-treatment section:
