This chromite iron ore production line solution for chromite (FeCr₂O₄) mineral characteristics, designed a complete set of "crushing - screening - gravity separation - magnetic separation" joint process. Chromite beneficiation scheme adopts the technical route of multi-stage classification and gradient separation, and realizes the efficient recovery and purification of chromite by optimizing the equipment configuration and process connection.
Crushing and screening system
After the raw ore is fed evenly through the silo, it enters the jaw crusher for coarse crushing.
The crushed product is classified into -5mm and +5mm by circular vibrating screen.
The +5mm material is finely crushed by the roller crusher and returned to the screening system.
Gravity Separation System
The -5mm material enters the ball mill for grinding, and the grinding product is classified by high frequency vibrating screen.
-2mm particle size through the spiral chute for roughing and concentrating
The +5mm material is sorted by jigger, and the concentrate and tailings enter the sand washing system respectively.
Concentrate purification system
Spiral chute concentrate enters the multi-stage selection process.
The final product is separated from iron minerals and chromite by magnetic separator.
Concentrate is dewatered to obtain the final product
