V. Working Principle

The materials are evenly distributed on the surface of the first roller through the vibrating feeder, and the magnetic minerals are adsorbed under the magnetic field and rotate to the unloading area with the magnetic roller; the non-magnetic materials are thrown down under the centrifugal force. When the configuration of multiple rollers, the materials will pass through the magnetic rollers in order to carry out multi-stage sorting, and each roller can be set with different magnetic field strength and rotation direction according to the needs to realize precise separation.
