I. Overview of quartz sand beneficiation process

1. Basic physical sorting system (applicable to common glass sand)

Process flow:

1. Scrubbing and gra ding: bar mill scrubber + spiral classifier (to remove surface film iron and clay)

2. Gravity Separation: Spiral chute with one coarse and one fine (removing heavy minerals)

3. Magnetic separation and purification: high gradient magnetic separator with two stages of separation (removal of magnetic iron)

4. Dewatering and drying: dewatering screen + drying system

2. Deep purification system (for photovoltaic glass sand)

Enhancement process:

1. Flotation system: remove aluminum, sodium, potassium impurities (need to add environmentally friendly chemicals)

2. Acid leaching system: mixed acid leaching tank (to remove titanium, chromium and other trace impurities)

3. Ultrafine grinding system: ceramic ball mill
