Alluvial Gold Ore Production Line and Process Solution

Second, alluvial gold ore dressing process flow

1. Pre-treatment stage

  • Feeding: use vibrating feeder or belt conveyor to transport the ore evenly to avoid clogging.

  • Sieving and removing impurities:

    • Tumbler screen (or rotary scrubber): screen out large waste rock >6mm to prevent damage to subsequent equipment.

    • Double-deck vibrating screen (optional): further screen fine-grained ore to improve sorting efficiency.

  • Ore washing and desliming:

    • Spiral washing machine or hydraulic washing hopper removes clay and impurities and improves the looseness of the ore sand.

2. Gravity concentrator roughing (core stage)

3. Selection and purification

  • Shaking table:

    • Further purification of jigger concentrate, concentrate grade up to 1000-2000g/t.

    • The processing capacity is low (0.5-2t/h), suitable for high-grade concentrate production.

  • Amalgamation method:

    • Amalgamating cylinder: internal amalgamating equipment, recovery rate >95%, suitable for free gold purification.

    • Environmental requirements: need to be closed design, with activated carbon adsorption of mercury vapor.

4. Tailings treatment

  • Thickener: increase the concentration of tailings (60%-70%).

  • Filter press: dewatered tailings water content <15%, easy to stockpile or backfill.
