Program Overview

Seabed sand tin ore is an important marine mineral resource, characterized by stable grade and low mining cost. Marine operation unit

1. Sand pumping system:

   • High-power sand pump to extract seabed sand

   • Equipped with debris removal grills to prevent large debris from entering the system

2. Shipboard Pre-treatment:

   • Trommel screen for size classification (double deck design)

   • Circular jigger for coarse grain size (5-10mm)

   • Sawtooth wave jigger for fine grains (0.5-5mm)

Land-based sorting unit

1. Shaking Table Concentration:

   • Processing jigged coarse concentrate

   • Multiple shakers in parallel to increase processing capacity

   • High-grade tin concentrate (Sn≥60%) is obtained in the end

2. Tailings treatment:

   • Tailings dry discharge system (optional)
