    • Strong magnetic separation (1.4-1.8T) to remove weakly magnetic minerals

    • Getting low iron lithium pyroxene concentrate

Technical advantages: simple operation, convenient control, strong adaptability.

3. Lithium ore heavy media beneficiation method

Suitable for lithium pyroxene with coarse crystallization size.

  • Process flow:

    • Ore washing and desliming pretreatment

    • Mixing with heavy suspension (ferrosilicon/magnetite)

    • Heavy media cyclone sorting (0.05-0.20Mpa)

    • Separation of concentrate and tailings by demixing screen

Technical advantage: cost reduction of about 40%, recovery increased by 2.48 percentage points

4. Combined beneficiation process for lithium ore
