Through the complete process of "three-stage crushing - two-stage grinding - roughing - nine-stage selecting - three-stage sweeping", together with kerosene / diesel oil composite recovery agent and modified alcohol foaming agent, it can realize a high recovery rate of 85-92% while guaranteeing a concentrate grade of more than 92%. The key innovation lies in the adoption of low-speed grinding technology and stepwise concentration control to control the scale breakage rate within 5%.
Gravity Separation-Flotation Combined Process
For complex ores accompanied by heavy minerals such as pyrite, we have developed a combined graphite beneficiation process of gravity separation pre-election - flotation purification. The heavy minerals are first separated by jigger, and then five-stage selection flotation is carried out for the light minerals. Practical application shows that this graphite production line program can increase the comprehensive recovery rate by more than 15%, especially suitable for processing low-grade ores with fixed carbon content of 5-8%. After adopting this solution, the annual processing capacity of a Jiangxi graphite mine was increased to 300,000 tons, and the cost of concentrate was reduced by 22%.
Multi-stage grinding process
Through the nine-stage progressive milling and the flotation process of "1 coarse, 1 sweep and 9 concentrates", it has created the industry benchmark indexes of 92.3% fixed carbon in concentrate and 87.9% recovery rate in a graphite project.
