V. Working Principle

  1. Slurry feeding: the slurry enters the sorting chamber evenly through the feeding system.

  2. Electromagnetic adsorption: under the action of strong magnetic field, iron and weak magnetic impurities are adsorbed to the surface of magnetic roller.

  3. Automatic iron unloading: the magnetic roller rotates to the non-magnetic area, and the impurities are flushed into the tailing tank by the flushing water.

  4. Concentrate collection: the purified slurry is discharged from the concentrate opening to complete the sorting.
