Workflow

1. Pressing stage: hydraulic cylinder pushes the moving plate to press the filter plate group.

2. Feed filtration: pump the material into the filter chamber for solid-liquid separation.

3. Unloading and loosening: the hydraulic system unloads the pressure and pulls away the device to separate the filter plate.

4. Unloading and cleaning: the filter cake falls off automatically and the filter cloth is cleaned up manually.

   • Hydraulic system oil level pressure

   • The degree of integrity of the filter cloth

2. Regular maintenance:

   • Monthly cleaning of filter cloth
