I. Program Overview

Tantalum-niobium ore is an important strategic rare metal resource, and the tantalum-niobium ore beneficiation process needs to be differentiated according to the characteristics of the ore. This tantalum-niobium production line solution provides gravity separation, magnetic separation, flotation, electrostatic separation and other process combinations, through the "roughing - selection" two-stage design, to achieve efficient recovery and separation of tantalum-niobium ore, and the grade of concentrate Ta₂O₅+Nb₂O₅ can reach more than 50%.

  1. Roughing section program

    • Gravity beneficiation dominant program:

      • Jigger/spiral chute (processing +0.5mm coarse grains)

      • Shaking table/centrifugal concentrator (processing -0.5mm fine grains)

      • Technical index: 15-25% of crude concentrate grade, 75-85% recovery rate

    • Combined magnetic separation-gravity beneficiation program:

      • Medium-strength magnetic separation pre-enrichment (0.6-1.0T)

  2. Concentration section program

    • Magnetic separation purification program:
