Dry Multi-Roller High Intensity Permanent Magnet Machine is a kind of high-efficiency dry magnetic separation equipment, which adopts multi-stage permanent magnet rolls in series design, the magnetic field strength can be up to 0.08-1.6T, and it is specially used for the separation and purification of multi-magnetic minerals. Through the configuration of multi-roll gradient magnetic field, this equipment realizes high efficient separation of iron ore, ilmenite, hematite, manganese ore, chromite, monazite and other minerals, with the processing size ranging from 0.1-5mm, and it is the dry magnetic separating equipment for the modernized mine selecting operation.

Sorting system

Working Principle

1. Pre-treatment: Raw material is fed by vibration and pre-treated by electromagnetic iron remover.

2. Multi-stage sorting:

   • First-stage roller: separating strong magnetic minerals

   • Secondary roller: separation of medium magnetic minerals

   • Three-stage roll: select weak magnetic minerals

3. Product collection:

   • Magnetic product: each roll collects separately

   • Non-magnetic products: tailings belt transportation

Operation specification

Start-up flow

1. Start the dust removal system

2. Run no-load for 5 minutes to check

3. Gradually increase the feeding volume to the rated value

4. Fine-tune the manifold according to the product index

Safety Precautions

• Do not store iron tools within 1m around the magnetic roller.

• After stopping the machine, wait until the roller body is completely static before maintenance.

• Regularly check the integrity of the protective cover
