I. Product Overview

CTS(N.B) Series Permanent Magnetic Wet Magnetic Separator is a professional equipment designed for wet sorting of fine-grained strong magnetic minerals. It adopts high-performance rare-earth permanent magnetic material to build magnetic system, which has the features of stable magnetic field, high sorting efficiency and strong adaptability. This machine is widely used in the selection and purification of iron ore, manganese ore and other strong magnetic minerals, as well as quartz sand, feldspar and other non-metallic minerals to remove iron purification.

  2. Quartz sand iron removal

    • Recommended CTN type countercurrent tank

    • Magnetic field strength 3000-4000GS

    • Feeding size <0.3mm

  3. Manganese ore roughing

Installation and Maintenance
