Working Principle

  1. Feeding preparation: the minerals are uniformly fed into the upper arc plate after pretreatment.

  2. Electric field sorting:

    • Conductor minerals: inductively charged → adsorption deflection → front discharge

    • Non-conductor minerals: maintain the original track → enter the lower layer to continue sorting

  3. Multi-stage sorting: after 4-5 layers of sorting to achieve complete separation

  4. Product collection:

    • Conductor products: the front part of each layer receives the ore hopper

    • Non-conductor products: collected at the end of the bottom layer
