Product Overview

DYTA-7750 hydraulic jigger is a high-efficiency gravity separation equipment optimized and upgraded on the basis of traditional circular jigger, which is mechanically and hydraulically driven to drive the jigging cone hopper up and down pulsating by pushing the main transmission cylinder through the cam and converting the electric energy into mechanical energy and then into hydraulic energy. The equipment adopts electromagnetic speed-regulating asynchronous motor to realize stepless stroke adjustment from 0 to 90 times/minute, which is suitable for sorting alluvial gold, alluvial tin, diamond, tungsten, manganese, hematite and other minerals.

Compared with the traditional jigger, DYTA-7750 has the advantages of large jigging area, strong processing capacity, energy saving, water saving, compact structure, etc. It is especially suitable for roughing operation of mining ship, and has been widely used at home and abroad and achieved excellent beneficiation results.
