I. Solution Overview

The diamond production line and process solution designs differentiated diamond beneficiation process according to the different characteristics of primary ore and alluvial ore. The primary ore adopts "segment crushing - stage separation" process, while the alluvial ore adopts "washing - screening - gravity separation jigging" process, with specialized rougher and concentrator equipment to realize efficient recovery of diamond.

Second, diamond beneficiation process details

1. Primary Ore Beneficiation Process

   • Three-stage crushing system:

     • Rough crushing (jaw crusher) to -50mm

     • Medium crushing (cone crusher) to -20mm

     • Fine crushing (high pressure roller mill) to -10mm

   • Stage jigging separation:

     • After each stage of crushing, a jigger is equipped to recover dissociated diamond in time.

     • Jigging tailings go to the next stage of crushing/grinding.

   • Grinding classification:

     • Ball mill and cyclone closed circuit grinding (to -2mm)

     • Jigging after classification to recover fine-grained diamonds

2. Alluvial beneficiation process

   • Washing and screening:

     • Rotary scrubber to remove clay

     • Vibrating screen classification (+5mm/-5mm)

   • Jigging roughing:

     • Small jigger for 0-10mm particles

     • Medium-sized jigger for 0-30mm particles

   • Oleomargarine Concentration:

     • Vibrating oil paste concentrator sorting

     • Get the final diamond concentrate
