I. Program Overview

The monazite production line and process solution adopts the combined process of "wet roughing - dry selecting" for the recovery of monazite (rare-earth phosphate minerals) from beach sand ore. Through the combination of gravity sorting and magnetic separation, it realizes the efficient enrichment and purification of monazite, which is especially suitable for the treatment of monazite-containing coastal sand ore or weathered shell deposits.

1. Wet roughing section

   • Washing and screening:
